Our 2,000 square foot ground floor space boasts 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, an exposed wood beam, and three huge street-level windows. We’ve hosted film shoots, product launches, team events, cocktail parties, immersive experiences, and more.

Renovated in 2022, the modern space is a white box ready for infinite customization. The venue includes 2000-square feet of ground floor space, a restroom, a small kitchen, and, by request, a storage area.
Past events include film and television productions, graduation celebrations, immersive experiences, product launches, panel discussions, and networking events.

Multiple day events can rest assured knowing the space is secure. We have 24/7 cameras, security monitoring, motion detectors, glass break sensors, as well as fire alarm, sprinklers, and remote leak detection. 494 Greenwich can provide bonded security staff on request.

Our three ground level 11-foot windows are perfect for your brand’s signage. Design custom decals for the windows, walls, and mirrors to make your brand stand out.
While you’re welcome to bring in any vendors of your choice, we do have relationships with vendors who can assist with everything from bartending and catering to custom signage, temporary walls, and florals. We are happy to handle vendor coordination for you. The gallery staff will always be on hand to help with your event as needed.

Located in Hudson Square, we are steps away from Tribeca, SoHo, the East Village, and Lower Manhattan. 494 Greenwich is a quick 5-minute walk from the Canal Street 1 and the Spring Street C/E; a bit further down Canal, you’ll find the 6, J, Z, N, Q & R street stop. We are located right near the Holland Tunnel making us a quick drive from New Jersey, as well (about 15-minutes from Hoboken); we are also a 15-minute walk from the Christopher Street PATH stop. Nearby, you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants; our favorites include Houseman Restaurant, the historic Ear Inn, and Lindens at the nearby Arlo Hotel. For an overnight stay, we are one block from the Hugo Hotel, as well as the Arlo Hotel SoHo.
